I don't know where to start. I needed help putting together my 55th birthday/Retirement party for 26 guests in Cabo San Lucas. Shanida came highly recommended by my niece. Shanida organized her group of 60 for a Royal Caribbean wedding last year. But when I tell you Shanida helped me from beginning to end flawlessly. She helped me put together my birthday events at the resort and added so many special touches on her own welcoming me to the resort. I had a slight problem with a outside vendor with one of my events, and everything was taken care of immediately with a quick phone call to Shanida. From our pickup from airport to drop off back to airport for 26 guests she made it easy. Shanida didn't make me feel like I was working with a travel agent. She made me feel like she was a family member because she cared my trip just as much I did. That you so much we had a phenomenal time.

 Ms.Shanida has been my travel agent for quite some time now and every experience has been wonderful . She has booked a trip for me and my friends to travel to Jamaica and recently booked a trip for me and my friend to travel to Dominican Republic. Everything was past wonderful . Our stay was a 10/10 and she had everything set up from our travel there to our travel back . She also checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was going smooth.
